ORBITA is PONY’s rotary finishing cabinet, designed to simplify and optimise the garment finishing process.

Easy to operate and designed to work without specialised staff, ORBITA combines high productivity, compact dimensions and optimised energy consumption. Its flexible programmes and advanced control systems make it a versatile solution for a wide range of professional finishing requirements.

MAIN FEATURES

Maximum productivity
Rotary door to optimise loading times and increase productivity, from 36 to 480 garments/hour depending on the selected programme (WET or DRY).

Up to 8 garments per cycle
Flexible hanger configuration to optimise airflow and steam distribution, loading capacity and use of available space.

Garment height: 1,650 mm
Suitable for long garments up to 1,650 mm, measured from the hanger attachment point.

7” PLC Touch Screen
7” touch screen for complete, intuitive machine control, with integrated video tutorials.

Dual function
Preset WET and DRY programmes let users choose between drying and finishing based on garment requirements.

Dual heating system
Electric and steam heating batteries regulate air temperature according to the garment type and treatment required.

Air and steam recirculation
Vertical airflow from top to floor, with a closed-loop recirculation system and floor drainage.

Automatic temperature regulation
Internal temperature regulation to protect garments and optimise machine operation.

FABRICS

Suitable for a range of fabrics, including wool, viscose, polyester, acrylic, nylon and cotton.
