INFINITY

A modular system for professional garment finishing, designed to optimise quality, productivity and energy efficiency.

INFINITY is PONY’s new tunnel finishing system, designed to automate and optimise the garment finishing process before distribution.

Its modular configuration, combining steaming and ventilation chambers, lets the system adapt to specific production requirements, with a capacity of 500 to 2,200 garments per hour.

MAIN FEATURES

Modular system
Customisable configuration with one or more steaming and ventilation chambers to meet different production requirements.

Steaming chamber
Three independent sections, top, middle, and bottom, let the system use only the energy required for the garment length. The nozzle-free system ensures even and controlled steam distribution, improving finishing quality while simplifying maintenance.

Ventilation chambers
The radial system delivers a powerful and uniform airflow throughout the chamber, supporting fast drying and effective fabric relaxation. The high-efficiency motor also helps optimise energy consumption and reduce noise levels.

Touch control
PLC touch logic with a customisable interface and 7” display for simple, intuitive and complete machine control.

Easy maintenance
The innovative door opening system and easy access to key components simplify cleaning, inspection and maintenance operations, reducing downtime and servicing requirements.
Safe garment recovery
The system automatically detects dropped garments and identifies the affected chamber. Magnetic doors allow quick and safe access for garment recovery.

Designed for taller garments
The tunnel can also process longer garments, such as evening dresses and long coats, while maintaining stability and effective treatment.
